3- What is the relationship between NATO and the Warsaw Pact? And name 5 countries that belong to each.

4- How far north and west could Soviet missiles based in Cuba reach into the United States? City names are sufficient.

5- What kind of damage occurs within a 1.7 mile Radius of a nuclear detonation? List 5 items and summarize how this may change America's attitudes to our foreign Policy.

6- In the Powerpoint presentation on our site "American Social Fabric" slide #2 describes some characteristics of the country. List the three most important that you think explain the "Fifties Ethos."

7- Slide #3 offers the "greatest change" agent. Slide #4 discusses an "idealized image". How does idealized image vary with slides #13-18? And what role does the "change agent" play? Material selection is at your discretion, 3 related items from that slide range will suffice.

8 - According to Slide #17 were rights of all Americans being expanded and is there any current correlation today?

9- Slide #21 presents benefits of the US Highway system. List 3 and discuss how they helped homogenize America.

10- Who was Lenny Bruce, summarize his experience and suggest a 21st century counterpart.
